After watching a nice old film - it was a romance - and having a long think, Selah decided upon a solution to her ghost problem. She waited until the ghosts went back to their graves, then carefully removed them from their plots around her home, and took them to the town's graveyard, where they could rest in peace properly. Satisfied that she had done the right thing, Selah felt good about herself, and bade a farewell to her short-lived housemates. [No pun intended!]
After doing her daily good deed, Selah decided to get back home and enjoy her now ghost-free house. Everything was nice and quiet - there was not a single ghostly moan to be heard, nor any nasty surprises where ghosts jumped out of walls and made you jump with an unearthly scream. Selah decided that, although Lynette Bourgeois had seemed reasonably nice for a ghost, if she never saw another ghost again it would be too soon!
"I'll try and find someone to help me with my challenge tomorrow," Selah decided, yawning. It was getting a bit dark outside, and so Selah made herself an Autumn Salad for dinner. It wasn't much, but she'd had an eventful day today, what with being paranoid of ghosts, seeing things moving around her home by themselves, moving the gravestones to the graveyard, and she was tired. She finished her salad, left the plate on the table, and tucked herself into bed.
Tomorrow. Tomorrow would begin the Matriarchal Legacy Challenge.
